Hi. I am not sure how up to date the data is, but Tanzania is one of the few countries that holds data on water supplies in the public domain. Please see this website. When I just tried it the mapping functionality does not seem to work, but when you scroll down you do get some tables with relevant data after selecting Singida. We will follow-up with a Tz staff member to ask them to provide a better answer.
