No idea where to purchase that item locally. As for most of medical equipment, it is not advised to buy it locally except for official retailers.

An advise in case the amount to be expended is considerable: check your donor policy on local procurement of medical equipment before engaging the expenditure.

In any case, and to be practical: a possible manufacturer mentioned in my old catalog is "Moneray International, Hong Kong". Not much on the internet about them...
