This group is a specialist technical group for the KnowledgePoint Ebola support website for operational agencies that are involved the Ebola response. The West African Ebola virus epidemic, first reported in 2014, was the most widespread outbreak of Ebola virus disease (EVD) in history and it still requires constant efforts by organisations and professionals at international, national and community level. The aim of this group is to offer valuable and prompt technical support to those involved in the Ebola response.

This is a moderated group used by WaterAid, an international non-governmental organisation that specialises in sustainable clean water and decent sanitation services and good hygiene behaviour change promotion. This group is managed as a closed group and open to all WaterAid staff. It is used is two ways: a) allowing our staff to answer and ask queries on the main KnowledgePoint site, b) allowing staff to ask & answer technical queries of each other, many of which we make available on the public site.
