All the major household surveys UNICEF's Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS), the USAID supported Demographic and Health Surveys and the World Bank supported Living standards and Measurement surveys include data on the type of fuel used for cooking at the individual household level. If you are interested in a specific country, in trends over time or disaggregated data by different strata in society these surveys are very useful. There are groups that compiled these data, but the individual surveys give so much more information. I hope you find these useful.
