Any good tools to survey capacity/training needs of WASH staff countrywide? Any templates?
Question is pretty much self explanatory, several agencies have funds for capacity building of local staff, and the WASH sector would like to conduct some sort of survey (possibly using survey monkey, anonymized) to tailor those trainings to the needs expressed by the target audience. Cheers

In 2013 IWA published 10 in-country human resource capacity assessment reports for the water and sanitaton sector in Burkina Faso, Tanzania, Mozambique, PNG, Sri Lanka, Lao PDR, Philippines, Niger, Senegal, and Ghana.
