Hi All
Can anyone recommend a good Guide for monitoring and evaluation? My go to has been "evaluation for village water supply planning" Cairncross et al 1980.
I love the clarity but i think it is targeting a larger organisation than the one I work for.
Also I feel like something must have happened in the last 30 years, (I have been told this isn't a problem)
I'm part of a small NGO trying to design observational studies to quantify yield from sand dams in rural Kenya

Do the sites have GSM connection? Do you need data ? My company SteamaCo does mostly energy monitoring in rural settings but also water. We are also Nairobi based.
