Addition of a new technology in WaterAid Bangladesh's treasure! An especially designed tubewell for low water table area had been installed with support of VERGNET HYDRO in Rajshahi district, Bangladesh. Community people are happy getting water with minimum efforts.
It is a pump that has been used in Africa (in particular Francophone). They indeed are durable and work at great depth - though often communities are not keen on the stepping that needs to be done. Does anybody have recent experiences?
