Is it possible to build biogas system in an area with freezing temperature?
A question from Agnes: I have a question about building biogas system in an area with cold temperature below freezing. Is it feasible? And could I build a system big enough to power a small hostel?

Is it possible to build biogas system in an area with freezing temperature?
A question from Agnes: I have a question about building biogas system in an area with cold temperature below freezing. Is it feasible? And could I build a system big enough to power a small hostel?
UPDATE
It gets down to -15 degrees celsius. And by "power a hostel" I actually just meant to provide gas for cooking for somewhere around 30 people per day on a busy day. The digester will be underground and we will be building a greenhouse. I went ahead and bought the Puxin model made with fibre glass. I've also been reading about psycrophillic (spelling?) bacteria. I am wondering if there is any way to seed digesters with this bacteria?
