About KnowledgePoint

Welcome to online Q&A forum KnowledgePoint, providing fast and accessible technical expertise for humanitarian and development workers worldwide.

Anyone can ask or answer a question – registering is free and the site is optimised for low-bandwidth conditions.

Our knowledge bank has grown over the years, with more than 900 contributions, in sectors ranging from engineering, to health care, to security, since its launch in 2012.

We have a network of vetted experts answering many questions, but if you have an answer to a question you can post that too. Please note any views or opinions expressed in this forum are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of the organisations within the forum.

We welcome participation from suppliers to the sector who can share relevant information about their products and other knowledge and expertise. However, please refrain from using the site purely to promote products and services.

We have a team of moderators who check for quality assurance.
