Hi Emily. Here are a few resources:

• This comprehensive analysis by WHO has lots of stats, with a table at the end with stats per country, including the cost-benefit ratio for water and for sanitation, and some unit cost data.
• This analysis looks specifically at sanitation and is easier to digest, maybe better for funders. Both relate to the economic benefit of WASH, which I'd say is the same as the economic cost of not having good WASH!
