For Pond water the expected range of Nitrate depends on the presence of contamination, but for natural ponds that would go from 0.2 mg/L to 100 mg/L, the limit for drinking water is set to 50 mg/L. The presence of nitrite and ammonia depends on the dissolved oxygen and the organic content of the pond. Ammonia should be around 0.05 mg/L to 1 mg/L, drinking water standard in UK is 0.5 mg/L. The nitrite values should be very low, I am not aware of ranges specifically for pond water, but in freshwater in general I have hardly ever detected nitrite.
