Niall in Swaziland writes regarding an evaporative cooling technical brief download compiled by Neil Noble. He is working with a permaculture NGO in Swaziland and currently in the process of helping to design a food storage / processing building. The processing part will be built using earth-bags and he is looking to utilise the technologies and techniques found in the technical brief and further information from a document by Prof Susanta K Roy to make a cold storage room approx 3m x 7m. He is considering reducing costs by replacing double skin red brick with a single skin of 9 ½ inch cement blocks that will then be filled up with sand. Any further information about the technique and other experiences would be much appreciated
