Standard MoU for collaborative work between NGOs

I am working with a non-profit organisation to develop a design for a load controller for micro-hydro systems. It would be great to be able to collaborate with other similar organisations for this project and share the designs but it would be good to have a written agreement between the organisations to set out the terms.

The design would enable much lower cost installations than off-the-shelf technology but it shouldn't be allowed to be installed before it has been adequately tested and developed, installed unsafely, or to be sold for profit - it would be important not to widely distribute the design without proper consideration of the consequences. It would also be good to be able to communicate what each organisation would bring to the table.

Are there templates which can be used to form agreements in cases like this? I was thinking of something like a non-disclosure agreement/ memorandum of understanding.
